About the Role
~1 min readAs a Prep Cook, you are the critical link between raw ingredients and our bowl-building robots. This isn't just prep; it's culinary engineering. You will be responsible for preparing and staging high-quality components that our robots then assemble with surgical precision. Operating in a high-tech environment, you'll follow software-guided SOPs to maintain the rigorous standards that define our brand.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Precision Preparation: Execute expert knife skills to prepare proteins and vegetables, ensuring every cut meets exact specifications for robot compatibility.
- →Scientific Portioning: Utilize digital scales for the precision weighing of ingredients and sauces, maintaining strict adherence to company recipes to ensure flavor consistency.
- →Human-Robot Collaboration: Seamlessly operate and load automated bowl-building units, monitoring robot performance and following software-guided protocols for reloading and staging.
- →Inventory & Analytics: Maintain meticulous inventory logs and track food waste through our digital platform, ensuring the kitchen is always stocked for peak demand.
- →Advanced Equipment & Safety: Master the use of commercial induction stoves, combi ovens, and blast chillers while upholding rigorous sanitation and food safety standards.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Minimum of 1 year of kitchen experience.
- Interest in working in an automated kitchen environment — no robotics experience required, we train.

The base starting rate for this role is $23.00 per hour (Full-time and Part-time positions available).
