From researching new sectors to solution-led selling, you will position Customs Support Group as a trusted partner rather than just a service provider. You will own your pipeline, lead conversations with decision-makers, and turn complex customs needs into clear, value-driven solutions.
Responsibilities

Build, manage, and progress a strong sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring accurate activity tracking and forecasting.

Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across key industries using market insight and value-based selling.

Develop and grow long-term relationships with new and existing clients and partners, acting as a trusted advisor throughout onboarding and beyond.

Represent Customs Support Group at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to strengthen market presence.

Collaborate with internal teams and international offices to share leads and support cross-border growth.

Present pipeline performance, sales activity, and market insights to management using CRM dashboards and reports.

Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments to uncover new sectors and growth opportunities.
