Responsibilities You will be the first point of contact for customers across the civil, mining, energy, agriculture, and water sectors — qualifying needs, recommending solutions, and converting enquiries into revenue. You will work closely with engineering and operations teams in Australia to ensure every proposal is feasible, accurate, and professionally delivered. This role demands initiative, perfect written English, and the ability to translate engineering into value. Lead all inbound enquiries via phone, email, and web Diagnose client requirements and engineer fit-for-purpose solutions across: Pumps • Pipework • Trailers • Smart Water Access • Fuel Systems Prepare precise quotations and scope documents, no sloppy details allowed Own follow-ups: every quote deserves a chase Maintain immaculate opportunity records in Salesforce CRM Manage proposal pipeline and hit conversion targets monthly Clearly communicate between clients and internal teams — no lost information, ever Represent the client with technical conviction and commercial confidence Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Chemical or related engineering Minimum 2+ years in pumps, liquid transfer, industrial equipment, or equivalent technical sector Exceptional English — zero grammar mistakes in client emails CRM experience (Salesforce preferred) Self-directed; thrives in fast-paced remote execution Organised like an air-traffic controller, nothing slips Enjoys winning deals through intelligent guidance, not pressure tactics Analytical problem-solver with a customer-first attitude Work Arrangement Work Setup: On-site Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00 am to 9:00 am flexi start time, should complete nine (9) hours work Why you should join our team!
