Responsibilities
~1 min read- →· Cultivate commercial sales in supporting the service operations in Kansas City and surrounding area, including other regional sites
- →· Communicate with customers, technicians, and department managers to develop sales opportunities and/or solve problems, consultative sales
- →· Works directly with management and service technicians
- →· Performs follow up activities to close opportunities
- →· Estimates, details, and submits final proposals to customers
- →· Maintains and updates customer relationship management system (CRM) daily
- →· Responsible for achieving sales objectives
- →· Other responsibilities as assigned
Requirements
~1 min read- · Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- · Must have a minimum of one to two years of sales experience
- · Must have customer service experience
- · Must have good computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- · Must have an outgoing personality and a natural affinity for taking care of customers
- · Must have good time management skills, be organized, and can multi-task
- · Must be a team player - works well as a member of a group
- · Must be detail oriented - capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well
- · Must be dedicated - devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity
- · Must be a self-starter - inspired to perform without outside help
- · Must have the ability to make an impact
- · Must be inspired to perform well by monetary reimbursement
- · Mechanical aptitude a plus
- · Experience in commercial overhead or entrance doors a plus
- · Experience supporting a field service operation a plus
- · Experience working in an ERP is a plus
