HVAC Sales Manager

Are you a proven HVAC sales leader who knows how to build winning teams, drive results, and create exceptional customer experiences?

• →As our HVAC Sales Manager, you’ll lead and develop a team of HVAC Comfort Consultants while helping drive the growth and success of our residential sales operation.
• →You’ll be responsible for people, performance, process, and profit—creating a sales culture where consultants have the training, tools, and support they need to succeed.
• →You’ll coach your team, monitor KPIs, ride along on appointments, help close opportunities, solve customer escalations, and continuously look for ways to improve the sales process.
• →Drive monthly revenue, close rates, average ticket, and overall sales performance
• →Partner with installation, service, dispatch, operations, and leadership to ensure sold jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
• →Monitor job quality, callbacks, customer satisfaction, and overall sales performance
• →Partner with leadership on forecasting, reporting, budgeting, and P&L performance
• →This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who wants to make an impact—not just manage from a desk.
