Hologic is seeking an experienced Breast and Skeletal Key Account Manager to support the growth of our Breast and Skeletal Health division across the Southeast of Korea. In this role, you will represent Hologic’s portfolio of advanced breast imaging and skeletal health solutions, driving commercial success while strengthening partnerships with clinicians, hospitals, and healthcare providers. Acting as a trusted advisor and brand ambassador, you will promote the value of our technologies and help expand access to high-quality breast and skeletal care across the Southeast Korean healthcare market.
- Lead the commercial strategy and sales execution for Hologic’s Breast and Skeletal Health portfolio across the Southeast of Korea, driving growth across our premium breast imaging and related solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans that expand market presence, increase adoption of Hologic technologies, and deliver sustainable revenue growth.
- Work closely with direct and indirect sales channels to maximise commercial impact and ensure strong market coverage across the assigned territory.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Service, Marketing, Clinical Applications, and Interventional Breast Solutions sales teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.
- Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders including clinicians, hospital leadership, procurement teams, and industry partners.
- Identify new market opportunities, support business development initiatives, and drive strategic account growth within the territory.
- Stay informed on healthcare trends, competitive technologies, and regulatory developments relevant to breast and skeletal health.
- Act as a strong ambassador for Hologic, promoting the value of our solutions and our commitment to improving women’s health.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Extensive experience selling capital medical imaging equipment or complex medical devices, ideally within breast imaging or related modalities.
- A strong commercial mindset with a proven track record of achieving ambitious sales targets and driving profitable growth.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with high-performing sales teams across direct and distributor channels.
- Excellent relationship-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
- Professional communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Southeast of Korea.
