• →Prep fresh, dough to ensure the right texture, crispness, and thickness for Detroit-style pizzas
• →Setting up and stocking stations to ensure a streamlined service
• →Keep the kitchen smoothly operating by adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining a clean workspace.
• →Collaborate with our team of pizza enthusiasts to ensure a seamless operation
• →Prepping ingredients including dicing, slicing, mixing
• →Maintaining inventory pars on the line

• Experience working as a prep cook or line cook, preferably in a pizza kitchen.
• Detail-oriented, ensuring every pizza that leaves our kitchen is nothing short of perfection.
• Able to thrive under pressure, juggling multiple tasks
• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items, occasionally up to 50 lbs
• Scheduling availability on nights and weekends
