We are seeking an Athlete Representatition Sales Consultant to support one of our U.S.-based clients in the sports management and athlete representation industry.

This role focuses on identifying, engaging, and signing athletes or partners to representation, branding, and career management agreements.


POSITION OVERVIEW

The Athlete Representatition Sales Consultant is responsible for converting qualified prospects — athletes, trainers, or collegiate players — into signed representation or management clients.

You’ll conduct structured consultations, present agency representation services, and guide prospects through signing agreements for career development, endorsements, NIL deals, or contract management.

Your success will be measured by signed athlete agreements, partnership conversions, and onboarding quality.


LOCATION: Remote – Philippines


COMPANY: Enterprise Management Solutions, LLC (EMS)


ACCOUNTABLE TO: Chief Marketing & Sales Officer



CLASSIFICATION: Full-Time, Remote – Independent Contractor


WORK SCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST (Night Shift PH Time)


SCHEDULED DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Conduct outreach and follow-up with inbound leads, referrals, or prospect athletes generated by marketing.
  • Hold discovery calls to understand each athlete’s goals, sport level, and representation needs.
  • Present agency services, including representation, marketing, NIL support, and sponsorship placement.
  • Negotiate and finalize agreements with athletes, teams, or sponsorship partners.
  • Maintain organized records and communication logs in CRM.
  • Coordinate with agency staff for contract processing and onboarding once agreements are signed.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly contract targets.


LEVEL OF EDUCATION / TRAINING / QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience:
    • 2+ years in sales, recruitment, or client acquisition (experience in sports, entertainment, or talent management preferred).
  • Skills:
    • Excellent English communication (spoken and written).
    • Confident, persuasive, and able to engage high-value prospects.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and CRM-proficient.
    • Understanding of sports recruitment, athlete branding, or NIL rules is a plus (training provided).
  • Education:Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Sports Management, or Business).
  • Requirements:
    • Reliable computer/laptop, headset, and strong internet.
    • Available to work S. Eastern Standard Time (8 AM–5 PM EST), Monday–Friday.
    • Willingness to work on U.S. holidays if needed (no paid holiday benefit).


COMPENSATION

  • Base Pay: $7 USD/hour  — approx. $1,120 USD/month based on 40 hours/week
  • Commission: $100–$250 USD per signed athlete or partnership agreement, depending on tier and contract value
  • Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly performance incentives for exceeding sign-up targets
  • Benefits: Independent contractor role — no paid holidays or leave; eligible for bonuses and advancement
  • Payment: Biweekly USD payout via EMS international payroll (Deel)


Performance Metrics (KPIs)

  • Number of signed athlete representation agreements
  • Lead-to-contract conversion rate (%)
  • Average value per signed contract
  • CRM accuracy and follow-up consistency
  • Partner/athlete satisfaction with onboarding
