As a Business Development Representative at Enformion, you will be on the front lines of a booming industry, connecting our powerful solutions to companies looking to fight fraud and mitigate risk.

- Location: Hybrid (3 days a week in our Hyde Park Tampa office; available for occasional travel for meetings and conferences ~3 to 4 times per year).
- Compensation: $60K Base + $10K Variable = $70K OTE
- Reports To: Business Development Manager
The Everyday Hustle (Key Responsibilities)
- Build the Pipeline: Source new business opportunities through a mix of strategic outbound campaigns, inbound lead follow-up, cold calling, and tailored email sequences.
- Master the Tech Stack: Leverage top sales acceleration tools—including HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator—to research target accounts and pinpoint key decision-makers.
- Articulate Value: Gain an in-depth understanding of Enformion’s products to clearly and confidently communicate our competitive differentiators to executive-level prospects.
- Set the Stage: Qualify prospective clients effectively and book high-value meetings for our Sales Executives, driving the revenue pipeline forward.
- Collaborate and Align: Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Management to share market feedback, refine outreach strategies, and maximize revenue-generating opportunities.
- Crush Your Goals: Consistently meet or exceed daily activity metrics (calls, emails) and monthly meeting-set targets.
- Maintain Sales Hygiene: Ensure all prospect data, interaction notes, and qualification details are captured accurately and efficiently within our CRM.

What Makes You Uncommon? (Preferred but not required)
- Prior experience in lead generation, outbound calling, or a customer-facing role.
- Experience navigating CRM architecture (HubSpot) or sales automation platforms.
- A baseline interest or background in data intelligence, or fraud prevention.
