The Sales & Operations Support will provide day-to-day operational and administrative support to the Sales function, ensuring sales activities, merchant onboarding, data, systems and operational processes are properly coordinated and completed.

The role will work closely with the Sales team, Sales Managers, Merchant Operations, Finance, Product and other internal teams to ensure smooth execution of the sales process, timely follow-up of operational matters and accurate maintenance of sales and merchant information.

This role serves as a key coordination point between Sales and Operations, helping to identify operational gaps, follow up on pending cases and improve the efficiency of sales-related processes

· Provide day-to-day operational support to the Sales team, including coordinating sales requests, follow-ups and administrative requirements.

· Coordinate with Sales Managers and relevant departments to ensure sales activities and operational tasks are completed on time.

· Maintain accurate sales pipeline, merchant records, sales tracking files and operational data.

· Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales reports, dashboards and performance tracking for management review.

· Coordinate the sales-to-merchant onboarding process, including documentation, application, activation and follow-up of pending cases.

· Monitor sales and merchant workflows, identify operational gaps or delays, and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.

· Maintain and monitor the accuracy and completeness of sales and merchant information in CRM and internal systems.

· Support system updates, data maintenance, basic troubleshooting and implementation of system or process changes.

· Work closely with Sales, Merchant Operations, Finance, Product and other internal teams to resolve operational matters and ensure smooth execution.

· Assist the Head of Operations in process improvement initiatives, SOP implementation, operational projects and other sales-related assignments.

· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Operations, Management, Sales or a related field.

· 4 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, sales administration or a similar role.

· Experience in a POS, SaaS, fintech, payment or technology company is an advantage.

· Basic understanding of POS systems, merchant business operations and sales-to-onboarding processes.

· Good working knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets and data reporting.

· Experience using CRM or sales management systems.

· Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.

· Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.

· Able to manage multiple tasks, follow up independently and work with different stakeholders.

· Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
