The Demand team is composed of straightforward and energetic on-line advertising experts that help bring Equativ managed services and programmatic solutions to market. They build long-term relationships with the most strategic Demand partners (media agencies, direct advertisers), representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry, guiding them to maximize their investment.
The Demand department is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader. The cross collaboration at an EMEA level and through many departments: Account & Traffic managers, Marketing, Analytics, Product,Customer support, is a key pillar of Equativ culture.
You will be in charge mainly of Publicis group portfolio (agencies and advertisers) and your mission is to :
- Maximize the ad spend in the Equativ ecosystem, pushing the right product to the right target.
- Sell Equativ’s media solutions (IO /programmatic marketplaces)
- Diversify the touchpoints in all agencies departments- traders- multiscreens - accounts directors and with brands by organising one to one meetings, educational sessions, attending Industry events, building proposals and recommendations.
- Develop strong and long term relationships with them.
- Overall, build a large pipeline of opportunities to increase RFPs and IOs.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Product/Marketing and/or Research & Insights team to ensure tailored agency and/or direct client approach and solutions.
- Manage daily collaborative efforts with internal teams, especially with Account Managers teams delivering the budget and pushing uplifts; working closely for pre and post sales.
- Coordinate strategic initiatives with selected partners from agency and/or direct client side.
- Prospecting: sourcing and identifying sales opportunities within the agency landscape.
- Achieving or exceeding revenue goals and targets (individual + Business unit)
- Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions where possible and escalating them internally otherwise.
- Make Equativ offers simple front clients (delivery and education) and choose the right battle and run the full life cycle
- You have 10 years’ experience in Sales
- You have a strong expertise in navigating the Publicis group with strong relationships with the important contacts in all the entities.
- You are confident about a changing ecosystem (AI / new platforms features)
- You are used to working in a fast paced environment
- You are excited by building the future and new solutions for your customers
- You are able to prioritize the solution that brings recurrent revenue and scale
- You are rigorous in managing your portfolio, prospection and managing the booking & the forecast
- You are perseverant and have a business development mindset
- You are bi/tri lingual: Managed services, programmatic and …English
- Knowledge of Salesforce (CRM/PRM tool)
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail, and dedication to follow-through.
- You are curious and passionate about adtech and its challenges and the media / Tech ecosystem.
- During your first month: gain a full understanding of our products and team operations.
- During your first 3 months: transition plan of your BoB with support of the team
- In six months your skills will be sharp, and you can handle your territory, book of business and prospects without challenges.
