About this opportunity:
We are seeking a driven and dynamic individual to join our team as Commercial Operations Manager. In this role you will be responsible you will oversee commercial strategy, optimize revenue streams, and collaborate with delivery, sales, product teams to ensure growth and operational efficiency in our mobile payments and financial services offerings. You will be responsible for preparing business cases, pricing strategy and ensure governance for meeting the targets set up in the business cases.
What you will do:
• Pricing Management
o Working with Product Management on identifying products to be created in ECP
o Identifying from Sourcing cost levels of inputs in products and defining the pricing.
o Pricing Models for Software
• Sales Opportunity Management
o Setting up Salesforce to cover all deals for MFS
o Process adherence of sales force for all opportunities within MFS
o Setting up of salesforce reports
o Business Insights for Opportunities
o Inputs for financial forecast
• Driving Business Cases during Pre-sales
o Identifying pricing model for a deals
o Preparation of business case for the submissions being done.
o Ensuring completeness of cost levels considered
o Handshaking of proposal with ACR, CFR to ensure business case is correctly mapped in PP
• Governing the margins anticipated during pre-sales
o Governing the cost levels of delivery in collaborating with program teams to ensure securing of the margins considered in presales
o Collaborating with stakeholders to identify risk and mitigation plans
• Commercial Excellence and tools
o Developing and automating Commercial models
o Competitive Benchmarking
o Conduct Win/Loss benchmarking
o Analyzing customer usages and comparison of pricing
The skills you bring:
• Strong commercial understanding for fintech domain
• Pricing experience in Software and services
• Understanding of sales tools like sales force, premium proposal
• Strong business Acumen and detailed oriented mindset
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and strategic thinking
• Strong collaborative skills
• Proficiency in dashboard creation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and data visualization.
