Account Manager (F/M)

5+ years in Account Management, Customer Success, or a commercial client-facing role, ideally in Payments, FinTech, or a related B2B financial services environment.

A proven track record of growing revenue within existing accounts through up-sell, cross-sell, and renewals — not just maintaining relationships.

Experience navigating complex enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders across technical, legal, compliance, and finance functions.

Comfort building from scratch: you've created processes, playbooks, or frameworks in a previous role, not just inherited them.

Strong commercial negotiation skills with C-level executives.

Analytical mindset — able to assess account health, interpret data, and translate it into action.

Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and a structured approach to pipeline and account hygiene.

Understanding of crypto, blockchain, stablecoins, or digital assets is a genuine plus.

Exceptional relationship management and executive communication — you build trust quickly at senior levels.

Strategic thinker who also rolls up their sleeves and executes with ownership and urgency.

Self-starter who thrives in ambiguity and brings structure where there is none.

Highly organised, able to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball.
