Direct staff and serve guest needs by providing exceptional knowledge of food and beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods while ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist managers to maintain normal operations.

• →The ability to offer guests an enjoyable, expertly served beverage/dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. 根据四季酒店的服务标准，向顾客提供高品质，专业，友好的服务使顾客有一个快乐的就餐经历。
• →The ability to be familiar with the wine list and in wine and beverage service including stemware used and appropriate garnishes. 熟悉酒单及能正确的根据不同的饮品而使用不同的玻璃杯和装饰。
• →The ability to complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard. 根据标准铺好所有餐桌，完成必须的开档和收档工作。
• →The ability to utilize the hotel's computer system ringing up sales, printing checks, closing checks and completing closing readings. 能够使用酒店的电脑系统点单，打印账单，关闭账单，及收档时完成全天账单的阅读统计工作。
• →Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. 做到感同身受，探悉顾客的满意度，给予恰当的建议，对顾客的要求和顾虑做出迅速合理的回复。

• High school education or equivalent experience. 高中或同等学历。
• One to two years previous experience in a line, supervisory or senior server position in F&B. 不少於两年服务员或高级服务员经验。
