Responsibilities


  • Assist the Director in client management, including the development of a positive, on-going relationship with the client

  • Handle all enrollment paperwork for the client company

  • Manage the open enrollment process for all assigned clients to ensure employees are properly enrolled.

  • Ensure all compliance items are properly prepared and filed

  • Mantain the Agency Management System with all required data and pulling reports as needed.

  • Participate in all operation team meetings

Knowledge, Skills, and abilities


  • A solution-based approach to problem-solving.

  • Critical thinking skills.

  • Ability to effectively and efficiently handle multiple tasks simultaneously with precision and adhere to customer requirements.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

  • High level of comfort with technology

Education and experience


  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 3+ years working in a role for an employee benefits broker

  • Florida Insurance license 215

  • Advanced MS Office, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
