→Sales & Channel Management: Develop and execute strategies to expand market share in grain processing industry, leveraging strong channel and customer partnerships.
→Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with technical and application research to drive product trials, problem-solving and support marketing in relevant branding activities.
→Market Intelligence: Identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning in industrial enzymes to contribute to business growth plans.

Requirements

Professional Background: have experience in specialty chemicals or ingredients; prior exposure to enzymes is a significant added advantage.
Skills: Proven expertise in key account management and channel development. Experience in data analytics is highly desirable.
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the grain processing industry is an added advantage.
Education & Technical Background: Bachelor or Master’s degree，A technical background (either through education or work experience) is preferred, to support technical discussions with clients.
Cultural Fit: Strong teamwork spirit, ambitious mindset, and excellent communication skills. Experience working in multi-cultural environments is essential, with demonstrated leadership potential.
Open to frequent travelling up to 50%.
