Build and manage relationships with HR, L&D, Admin, Compliance, and Operations leaders across organisations
Proactively reach out to organisations to introduce relevant training programs
Coordinate meetings and introductory calls for senior facilitators
Convert organisational interest into confirmed workshop registrations and corporate group bookings
Work with professional institutes, chambers, and partners to promote programs
Follow up professionally and consistently with potential clients
Maintain a simple CRM / tracker of outreach, responses, and conversations
Support workshop coordination (registrations, confirmations, basic logistics)

Requirements
Are comfortable speaking to mid-senior and senior professionals
Communicate clearly and professionally in English
Are organised, persistent, and good at follow-ups
Understand how corporate decision-making works
Prefer relationship building over aggressive selling
Can work independently and take ownership
Experience in one or more of the following is ideal:
Corporate training / professional education
HR services, recruitment, or L&D coordination
Consulting firm business development or client engagement
Professional institutes or industry associations
Banking / corporate administration / training units
