Responsibilities

→Oversee and manage VAs during the assigned working hours.
→Ensure daily sourcing goals are being reached.
→Assist with sourcing activities as needed.
→Help standardize and establish procedures for the department.
→Support the team in maintaining consistent processes and achieving department goals.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of management experience; 4 years preferred
• E-commerce background is preferred but not required
• Good English communication skills
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Ability to oversee VAs and ensure daily goals are met
• Ability to assist with sourcing as needed
• Ability to help standardize and improve department processes

• USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
• Working Webcam
• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
• Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps cable connection
• Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
