You’ll be joining an all-star team with engineering, product, and growth experience from Stripe, Google, and Amazon. We’re looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to help us grow our product to hundreds of banks. We’re bringing a new perspective to the decades-old financial world, and we’re hoping you can help us do that!
Responsibilities

Build relationships with banking executives across the country, introducing Glide and generating interest.

Source new opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and event networking.

Qualify inbound leads to ensure a strong fit before passing them to the sales team.

Maintain a high volume of outreach and manage follow-ups with prospects.

Collaborate closely with Account Executives and co-founder/CEO to refine Glide’s sales playbook.

Represent Glide at conferences, events, and competitions to increase brand visibility.
1+ years of quota-driven SDR, BDR, or sales experience (or equivalent internship/early-career experience).
Hands-on experience with modern prospecting and outreach tools.
Strong product curiosity and ability to quickly learn and articulate complex, technical products.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
Previous experience selling an fintech or financial services product
Previously built sales processes from the ground up at an early-stage startup
An entrepreneurial, self-starter spirit
