Senior Manager, Business Development - Cryptography and Cross Domain Solutions (CDS) (Remote)

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
• Active and transferable U.S. government issued Secret Security Clearance is required prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance
• Experience with U.S. military concepts of operations (CONOPs) related to secure communications, modular open systems architecture (MOSA), and cryptography
• Experience with the lifecycle of the pursuit, order, and capture process
• Experience directly supporting U.S. Government acquisitions

• Previous work experience with a cryptographic product/systems prime contractor
• Experience working with the NSA and other Intelligence Community and Military Services stakeholders
• Proven track record of closing deals, building partnerships, or driving revenue in high-growth environments
• Deep understanding of cryptographic principles and cryptographic protocols
• Leadership experience and decision-making capabilities in complex business environments

As the Senior Manager for Business Development, Requirements, and Capabilities – Modular Open Systems Solutions Encryption, you will play a critical role in identifying, shaping, and securing new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth, influence product development, and establish strategic relationships with key stakeholders. Your efforts will ensure the company remains competitive in the market while meeting customer needs.

• →Lead the identification, development, and capture of new business opportunities within the Modular Open Systems Solutions Encryption portfolio
• →Brief senior leaders in the U.S. Department of War (DoW) and other government entities to align on strategic goals and opportunities
• →Oversee white paper and proposal development, lead capture teams, and manage the lifecycle of the pursuit, order, and capture process
• →Negotiate and close new business opportunities while ensuring alignment with customer and market requirements
• →Provide input into product development and strategic planning to address customer needs and market trends
• →Build and maintain relationships with U.S. Government and non-Government customers to identify and pursue potential new markets
• →Evaluate competitor solutions and assess the company’s positioning against market trends and customer requirements
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including program management and engineering, to drive business growth and innovation
• →Travel up to 50% may be required to support business development activities and customer engagement
