Responsible for executing sales and distribution strategies to achieve sales targets, drive volume growth, expand product distribution, and increase product penetration and availability across the assigned territory.'
- Achieve sales, distribution (PC, EC, AO), and product availability targets across all channels in the Sumbagteng area.
- Build, coach, and collaborate effectively with the distributor team.
- Conduct regular market visits and monitor key accounts, including Pareto Outlets, FS Outlets, and LMT.
- Identify potential market opportunities and develop target customers within each sales channel.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly activity reports.
