Responsibilities

- →Three (3) or more years of experience in one or more of the following:

- →Account Management
- →Higher Education
- →College Bookstore Operations
- →Educational Publishing
- →Textbook Wholesale Distribution
- →Demonstrated success building and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- →Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- →Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- →Ability to work independently while managing a large geographic territory.
- →Ability to travel approximately 50–75% throughout the Eastern United States.
- →Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with:
- →College bookstore operations
- →Textbook buyback programs
- →Inventory management and forecasting
- →Course material management
- →Higher education procurement
- →CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar systems
What Success Looks Like in Your First Year
- →Build trusted relationships with bookstore partners across your assigned territory.
- →Achieve territory sales, revenue, and margin goals.
- →Grow new campus accounts while expanding existing customer partnerships.
- →Become a recognized resource for textbook affordability, inventory strategy, and wholesale solutions.
- →Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and consistent CRM management.
Compensation & Work Environment
- →$45,000 annually + commission - based on experience and existing clientele
- →Remote - Open to candidates in MA, ME, VT, RI, CT, NY, MD, DE, PA, VA, DC
- →50%–75% Travel Required throughout territory
