2025 Food service supervisor

Recruiting, interviewing, recruiting and training staff. Manage the work schedule of staff. Conduct regular kitchen inspections to determine if proper sanitation and hygiene standards are being maintained. Monitor the preparation, presentation and storage of food to ensure compliance with food safety regulations. Check out the customers to learn about the quality of the food and service. Monitor inventory and ensure that all food supplies and other essentials are properly stocked. Monitor cash flow and pay outstanding bills. Review customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer service. Handle customer complaints professionally. Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or hospitality is an advantage. Proven experience as a supervisor in the hospitality industry. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Solid management skills. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively.
