We’re hiring a New Construction Sales Rep to help grow our relationships with builders and contractors. This role focuses on closing new-construction roofing jobs and managing projects from start to finish.

• →Build relationships with builders, GCs, and developers
• →Generate new business through prospecting and networking
• →Estimate and present roofing proposals
• →Manage jobs from sale through completion
• →Stay on top of timelines, communication, and follow-ups

• Sales experience in New Construction Roofing Sales
• Network of builders and contractors
• Strong communication and people skills
• Self-motivated and money-driven
• Organized and able to manage multiple jobs at once
• Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
