Responsibilities

→Inspire and coach a talented team of Sales and Leasing Agents and National Sales Specialists to exceed their potential

→Create an energizing team culture where wins are celebrated and every member feels valued

→Implement performance-driving strategies that keep your team motivated and focused

→Identify and remove obstacles, clearing the path for your team's success

→Foster collaboration and healthy competition through engaging sales leaderboards and recognition programs

→Guide your team through complex sales scenarios with expert coaching on strategy and closing techniques

→Ensure pipeline health and integrity through regular reviews and strategic adjustments

→Collaborate directly with the VP of Revenue to optimize inventory strategies and deal prioritization

→Transform pipeline challenges into conversion opportunities through tactical problem-solving

→Leverage data-driven insights to elevate team performance and individual growth

→Design and implement development plans that unlock each team member's potential

→Partner with Learning and Development to create exceptional onboarding experiences

→Maintain the highest standards of compliance and ethical sales practices

→Serve as a crucial link between sales teams and executive leadership

→Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure your team has everything needed to succeed

→Provide valuable market insights that shape organizational strategy

→2+ years in sales leadership with proven coaching success, ideally in real estate, property management, or high-volume sales

→Remote-savvy leader who can motivate teams across multiple regions

→Exceptional communication, data interpretation, and interpersonal abilities

→Willingness to travel approximately 50% to support teams across regions

→Directly contribute to helping families find their ideal community homes

→Develop your leadership skills in a role that blends tactical execution with strategic thinking
