Behind every great piece of content is a team that keeps production moving seamlessly. As a Production Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in bringing creative projects to life by managing schedules, coordinating resources, and ensuring productions stay on track from concept through execution.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Coordinate daily production activities and maintain detailed project schedules to support efficient execution.
- →Monitor timelines, deliverables, and key milestones to ensure projects remain on schedule and meet established deadlines.
- →Communicate production updates and logistics with internal teams, vendors, freelancers, and external partners.
- →Manage and coordinate studio scheduling to optimize resources and support production needs.
- →Prepare, distribute, and maintain accurate production call sheets and related documentation.
- →Identify potential production challenges, proactively escalate issues, and support resolution efforts.
- →Assist with inventory management and procurement of props, materials, and production supplies as needed.
- →Support production leadership with administrative tasks, including tracking production expenses and maintaining records.
Requirements
~1 min read- 1+ years of experience in production coordination, project coordination, studio operations, or a related field; equivalent experience will also be considered.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
- Proficiency with Airtable and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining accuracy and quality.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Operations, Production Management, or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift and move production equipment as needed.
- Ability to work in our New York City office four days per week as part of a hybrid work schedule.
