As a Temporary Sales Director, you will drive meaningful business growth by connecting Beauty and CPG advertisers with innovative, multi-platform marketing solutions that deliver results.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Generate advertising revenue across all available media platforms and solutions.
- →Prospect, develop, and present to new business opportunities to drive incremental revenue growth.
- →Build strategic partnerships within the Beauty and CPG categories to expand market presence and client investment.
- →Manage and grow an active portfolio of accounts while cultivating long-term client relationships.
- →Protect inventory value and maintain station rate integrity through strategic sales planning.
- →Collaborate regularly with local and digital sales leadership to ensure progress toward revenue goals and business objectives.
- →Negotiate advertising agreements and develop proposals aligned with company sales strategies.
- →Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to business owners, executives, agencies, and key decision-makers.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years of experience in media, advertising, TV, radio, digital, or related sales environments, or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of developing new business and generating revenue through consultative sales strategies.
- Experience selling web, mobile, digital, television, and/or radio advertising solutions.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated success selling to business owners, executives, and senior decision-makers.
- Ability to effectively leverage research and audience insights to support sales efforts.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive, results-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to teamwork and accountability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Wide Orbit, Kantar, One Domain, and/or WO Media Office is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work in our New York City office four days per week.
The hourly rate for this role is $75.00 per hour. This position is not eligible for bonus or commission compensation. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
