About the Role
~1 min readYou'll be responsible for bringing in net-new enterprise logos, selling HiveWatch's AI-powered Enterprise SaaS Solution into the physical security team at companies with 1,000+ employees. Your buyers are GSOC directors, physical security leaders, risk management executives, and operations leaders; any decision-makers who are responsible for protecting people, assets, and brands at scale.
- Average Deal Size: $250,000, 7 figure contracts not uncommon
- Average Sales Cycle: 6 months (often times complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise sales)
- Annual Quota: $1.2M - $1.5M
- Deal Structure: May involve a paid pilot, you can expect technical evaluations, and executive sign-off across security, IT, and procurement
You'll be joining a team of 8 Enterprise Account Executives, with plans to expand the team rapidly over the next year with a shared SDR resource.
Requirements

- 6+ years experience in direct software sales role
- Proven track record navigating complex, multi-stakeholder deals at companies with 1,000+ employees
- Experience selling SaaS products, cybersecurity, or other complex B2B services
- Comfortable running full end to end sales cycles
- Thrive in Ambiguity You're a self-starter who can build the plane while flying it. You navigate uncertainty with confidence, create structure where none exists, and still drive measurable results. You see the forest through the trees and turn complex challenges into clear paths forward.
- Change Agent Mentality You're not afraid to challenge the status quo. Physical security has been done the same way for decades, and you're energized by the opportunity to convince skeptical enterprise buyers that there's a better way. You can articulate how AI-powered technology will make their lives dramatically easier, even when they're comfortable with legacy systems.
- Relentless & Resourceful No task is too big or too small when it comes to closing deals and delighting customers. You'll go the extra mile, whether that's jumping on a last-minute demo, partnering with engineering to solve a technical objection, or building custom materials to win a complex enterprise deal.
