In this entry-level role, you’ll learn the foundations of modern SaaS sales: pipeline building, outbound strategy, lead qualification, and value-based communication. You will work closely with senior sales colleagues who coach, challenge, and support you, giving you the opportunity to grow quickly and take on more responsibility.
You will interact with hotels all over Europe — from boutique brands to luxury resorts — and help them transform their direct booking performance. This is an entry-level commercial role (0–2 years experience) focused on generating new business through high-volume outreach, qualifying leads, and creating opportunities for our senior sales team.
You will:
• Conduct high-volume outbound calling to hotel prospects in DACH region
• Perform additional outreach via email and LinkedIn
• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls/demos
• Clearly communicate the Hotelchamp value proposition
• Build, maintain, and update lead lists
• Manage CRM records (HubSpot/Salesforce/Pipedrive)
• Support market research to identify new opportunities
• Meet weekly and monthly activity targets (calls, emails, meetings booked)
• 0–2 years of experience in sales or commercial roles
• Comfortable with high-volume calling and fast-paced outreach
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident, energetic, and proactive on the phone
• Motivated, coachable, structured, and target-driven
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
• Experience in a SaaS company is a big plus
• Based in Amsterdam (hybrid working)
