Manager Commercial

• →Develop and execute commercial and business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• →Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders OMCs, refineries, White Oil Pipeline, OGRA, Ministry of Petroleum, and Port Qasim Authority.
• →Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and customer account management to ensure profitability and client satisfaction.
• →Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
• →Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and advocate for favorable policy outcomes.
• →Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring for the commercial function.
• →Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior management for growth and risk mitigation.

• Bachelor's or higher degree
• At least 10 years' experience in commercial, business development, or regulatory roles within Oil & Gas especially OMCs
• Age: 35-45
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and relationship management abilities.
• Strong leadership & team management capabilities
