Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) Execution Coordinator

The Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) Execution Coordinator is responsible for the on-ground implementation of all planned extracurricular activities. This role ensures that every ECA event is delivered smoothly, safely, and in line with institutional standards, creating memorable experiences for students.

• →Execute all planned Extra-Curricular Activity (ECA) events, workshops, competitions, and activities as per the approved calendar
• →Coordinate logistics including venue setup, equipment, catering, and transportation
• →Supervise student volunteers and staff during ECA events
• →Manage real-time troubleshooting and problem-solving during events
• →Ensure adherence to health, safety, and institutional guidelines at all events
• →Collect participant feedback post-events and compile execution reports
• →Maintain inventory of ECA equipment and materials
• →Work closely with the ECA Planning Coordinator to understand event requirements
• →Liaise with the marketing team to ensure events are properly promoted and documented

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Student Affairs, Education, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination or campus activities management
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple events simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as events require
