HRSI is looking for QC Officer - Camera Monitoring for one of its leading client.

Responsibilities

→ Review CCTV footage of assigned daycare centers.
→ Monitor child supervision, staff conduct, safety, hygiene, and daily routines.
→ Identify and report concerns to the Operations Team.
→ Prepare daily, weekly, and center-visit reports.
→ Conduct visits to daycare centers as per requirement.
→ Maintain trackers for observations, incidents, and corrective actions.
→ Follow up with center teams until required actions are completed.
→ Escalate repeated or serious concerns to management.
→ Maintain confidentiality of CCTV footage and internal information.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
- → Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Years, Psychology, Child Development, or a related field.
- → Basic knowledge of childcare, child behavior, and safety practices.
- →1–4 years of experience in Early Childhood Education, daycare operations, monitoring, reporting, or quality control is preferred.
