Vegan Pastry Chef - Midijob / Minijob

Soi&Co. is a soy-centred, 100% vegan café in Berlin-Mitte, serving specialty coffee, matcha and handmade vegan pastries.

Our mission is to create thoughtful everyday experiences through innovative plant-based food, quality and genuine hospitality.

We are looking for a reliable Kitchen / Pastry Assistant to join our team on a Minijob basis.

• →Preparing and producing our vegan cakes and desserts.
• →Weighing and preparing ingredients.
• →Baking, assembling and finishing products according to our recipes.
• →Following production plans, SOPs and hygiene standards.
• →Cleaning and organising the kitchen and equipment.
• →Supporting smooth and consistent daily production.

You might be a good fit if you:

• Have previous experience working in a professional kitchen.
• Ideally have basic experience in baking or cake preparation.
• Work carefully, cleanly and efficiently.
• Are reliable, organised and attentive to detail.
• Can follow recipes and production instructions accurately.
• Enjoy learning and working as part of a team.
• Are ready to take responsibility and work independently after training.

We provide complete, structured training in our recipes, production processes and quality standards.

The goal is for you to gradually become confident and capable of completing the production work of a full kitchen shift independently.
