Sales Development Representative - Commercial & Residential Investment Property

• →Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required.
• →2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Appointment Setting, or Outbound Sales.
• →Proven cold calling experience with consistent activity and appointment-setting metrics.
• →Background in real estate finance, mortgages, lending, or investment property financing strongly preferred.
• →Experience with loan origination, underwriting, loan processing, or mortgage support is highly advantageous.
• →Strong understanding of commercial and residential investment property loans.
• →Hands-on experience using:
• →CRM platforms: HubSpot, PipeDrive, Go High Level
• →Dialers: AirCall, CloudTalk, or similar US-based dialers
• →Excellent objection-handling and communication skills.
• →Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• →Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven remote sales environment.
