→Manage the full bid lifecycle: opportunity assessment, qualification, planning, content development, submission, and post-bid review.
→Coordinate input from technical, sales, legal, finance, and delivery teams to develop winning proposals.
→Analyze RFPs / RFQs / ITTs to ensure full understanding of requirements, deliverables, and compliance obligations.
→Create bid plans, timelines, and review schedules to ensure on-time delivery.
→Write and edit proposal content, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with the company’s value proposition.
→Maintain a repository of reusable bid content and templates for future proposals.
→Lead bid reviews and ensure adherence to internal governance processes.
→Support negotiation and handover to project delivery upon award.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of experience managing bids or proposals in the software / ICT industry, preferably with public-sector or government clients.
Strong understanding of procurement frameworks, compliance, and tender regulations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and bid management tools.
