SalesPartnerships Manager
- Identify, engage, and develop partnerships with key platform providers, including payment solution providers, e-commerce platforms, CRM and ERP systems, software developers, and marketing channels that serve as hubs for multiple merchants.
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of strategic partners, negotiating scalable commercial models such as referral agreements, revenue-sharing partnerships, and lead generation programs.
- Own the end-to-end onboarding of new partners, coordinating commercial and technical integration processes in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
- Support partners in integrating Inbank's solutions through APIs, plug-ins, and dedicated e-commerce platform integrations, ensuring a smooth implementation experience.
- Analyze merchant traffic, sales performance, and partner data to identify growth opportunities, optimize sales strategies, and prioritize the highest-value partnerships.
- Manage the inbound pipeline of companies interested in partnering with Inbank, from initial qualification and onboarding to activation and long-term growth.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners, driving engagement, identifying expansion opportunities, and maximizing partner performance.
- Re-engage dormant partnerships with e-commerce platforms and solution providers while managing and continuously improving the partner portal experience.
- Deliver training, education, and ongoing enablement for partner teams, ensuring they are equipped to effectively promote and use Inbank's products, platform, and systems.
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships, e-commerce, SaaS, or a similar client-facing role.
- Experience working with Payment Solution Providers (PSPs), e-commerce platforms, or the broader payments ecosystem would be a strong advantage.
- A solid understanding of partnership models, sales processes, and the e-commerce landscape.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence a variety of stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional projects or managing integrations with external partners.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
- An analytical mindset and confidence in using performance data to drive decisions and optimize results.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
