Responsibilities

→Prepare and present food according to brand recipes and quality standards.
→Ensure consistency in food preparation, portioning, and presentation.
→Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen workstations.
→Follow food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times.
→Assist with stock handling, inventory, and waste control.
→Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
→Support senior chefs in maintaining operational excellence and service standards.

Requirements

Previous experience in a professional kitchen (level dependent on the position applied for).
Experience in restaurants, hotels, or hospitality environments is preferred.
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Candidates must be currently based in the UAE.
