Technical Tools
SalesSales Director

This is a senior sales leadership role responsible for accelerating U.S. revenue growth and building a high-performing sales organization. You will lead an established team of Account Executives and BDRs while expanding into new markets and increasing penetration across existing territories. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on selling, including direct involvement in complex new-logo opportunities. You will build relationships with decision-makers across state and local government, public health, and human services organizations. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will shape sales strategy, processes, team structure, forecasting, and go-to-market execution. This is a high-impact builder role within a distributed global organization, with significant ownership over the next phase of U.S. growth.

  • Own the U.S. sales function, setting strategy, building scalable processes, and driving substantial growth in new customer acquisition and ARR.
  • Develop and scale the existing team of Account Executives and BDRs while expanding into new states and adding Sales Managers as the organization grows.
  • Lead by example on strategic accounts, participating directly in the full new-logo sales cycle from outbound prospecting and industry events through negotiation and close.
  • Own the pilot-to-subscription conversion motion in close partnership with Customer Success teams responsible for ARR and expansion.
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with decision-makers across state and local government, public health, and human services agencies.
  • Establish a high-performance culture across a remote sales organization through coaching, accountability structures, operating rhythms, and clear performance expectations.
  • Represent the organization at key conferences and industry events, strengthening market presence and customer relationships.
  • Partner closely with the CEO, Product, and Customer Success teams to refine messaging, pricing, product positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Maintain rigorous pipeline management and forecasting while providing transparent, detailed reporting on sales performance and team results.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales execution, market expansion, and organizational effectiveness.
