We are seeking a motivated sales professional to expand our presence in the commercial HVAC market. This role focuses on developing new business, consulting with clients, and delivering tailored HVAC solutions that meet both operational needs and budget considerations.


Responsibilities

Prospect and Develop Business
Identify new opportunities through cold outreach, referrals, networking events, and strategic prospecting. Build and manage a steady pipeline of leads and maintain consistent follow-up.

Assess Needs & Recommend Solutions
Conduct on-site evaluations to understand customer requirements, facility conditions, and financial goals. Recommend solutions that align with both technical specifications and client priorities.

Prepare and Deliver Proposals
Create clear and detailed proposals, including scope of work, pricing, and timelines. Present offerings confidently while addressing questions and demonstrating value.

Coordinate with Internal Teams
Collaborate with technicians, estimators, and project managers to ensure accurate project scoping and smooth execution.

Maintain Client Relationships
Serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle. Build strong, lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Achieve Sales Targets
Consistently meet or exceed defined sales goals through effective planning, communication, and a customer-first mindset.

Stay Industry-Informed
Keep current with HVAC technologies, industry trends, and competitor offerings to remain competitive and knowledgeable.


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HVAC sales or a related technical sales role
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, and service capabilities
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven with a focus on achieving goals and delivering results
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and Microsoft Office
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating across departments
