→2+ years of experience in HVAC sales, HVAC service, refrigeration, facilities management, mechanical contracting, or a related field
→Working knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, equipment, maintenance programs, and mechanical services
→Strong ability to build relationships and communicate effectively with customers and decision-makers
→Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills
→Experience utilizing CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications
→Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the assigned territory
→Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams
