Help us ensure a seamless transition of critical HR and payroll data. As an HRIS Data Migration Specialist, you’ll play a key role in migrating employee records and payroll data from Paycom to UKG, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and data integrity across systems.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Data migration & system transition:
Execute the extraction, transformation, and migration of HR and payroll data from Paycom to UKG, ensuring all employee records are accurately transferred and validated. - →Data entry & record management:
Manually input, verify, and maintain employee details, payroll records, and historical data within internal systems and servers. - →Data accuracy & validation:
Conduct thorough audits to ensure completeness and integrity of migrated data; identify discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies. - →HRIS support & optimization:
Work across HRIS platforms to support data structuring, cleanup, and organization; ensure systems are properly populated for ongoing HR operations. - →Cross-functional coordination:
Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure timelines are met and migration aligns with operational requirements. - →Process improvement & documentation:
Recommend improvements to migration workflows and document processes to support future system transitions and audits.
- Experience with HRIS data migration, data extraction, or system implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Paycom and/or UKG (highly preferred, not required).
- Familiarity with any HRIS platforms and employee data management.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle large volumes of data accurately.
- Experience handling payroll data and employee records.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines; must be immediately available.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
