Support the people driving revenue. As an Executive Assistant – Sales Support, you’ll help a Sales Executive stay organized, responsive, and focused on closing opportunities by managing schedules, follow-ups, client communication, reporting, and sales-related administrative support.

What You’ll Do

  • Sales executive support: Provide high-level administrative support to a Sales Executive or sales team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and daily prioritization.
  • Client and prospect coordination: Assist with scheduling sales calls, preparing meeting materials, tracking next steps, and ensuring timely follow-through with prospects, clients, and internal stakeholders.
  • Pipeline and CRM support: Help update CRM records, maintain accurate contact and opportunity information, track activity, and support clean, organized sales data.
  • Sales reporting and dashboards: Prepare sales reports, activity updates, pipeline summaries, and performance dashboards to help leadership stay informed and make timely decisions.
  • Communication and follow-through: Draft emails, organize documentation, coordinate internal updates, and ensure important action items do not fall through the cracks.
  • Process improvement: Identify ways to improve sales workflows, templates, reporting, and administrative processes to help the sales team work more efficiently.

 

What You’ll Bring

  • At least 2 years of experience supporting a Sales Executive, salesperson, sales team, or revenue-focused department.
  • Experience with sales administration, CRM updates, lead tracking, pipeline support, or client follow-up.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working with U.S. teams and overlapping with U.S. time zones as needed.
  • A proactive, service-minded approach with strong follow-through and professionalism.
