Sales Manager

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing development company. The role is hands-on and focused on selling residential and/or commercial projects, building strong client relationships, and supporting the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure. Key Responsibilities Promote and sell company real estate projects to end users and investors Develop and manage relationships with real estate agencies and brokers Handle incoming leads, conduct property presentations and site visits Maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers, and channel partners Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure smooth documentation process Keep CRM updated and provide regular sales reports Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and pricing Requirements Proven sales experience in real estate / property development is mandatory Strong negotiation and communication skills Fluent English is mandatory Any additional language is a strong advantage (Arabic, Russian, etc.) Target-driven, presentable, and customer-oriented personality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Benefits Competitive salary + commission structure Opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing developer Supportive environment with career growth potential
