  • Financial targets set by the business are achieved within the assigned territory and exceeded if possible.
  • Develops opportunities in assigned accounts.
  • Provides day-to-day management of sales account activities within assigned districts.
  • Participates with Business Partner (reseller) sales representatives in crafting customized solutions and strategies to meet the needs of customers.
  • Work with Business Partners to present proposed solutions to customers.
  • Works closely with Inside Sales counterparts regarding shared territory and establish roles and responsibilities for those accounts.
  • Develops and grows customer relations in assigned territory as well as uncovers new opportunities.
  • Maintains complete and timely documentation of account activities within assigned territory. (Salesforce)
  • Provides accurate forecasting on sales opportunities within designated territory and provides regional sales managers with forecast reports.
  • 4 Year college degree preferred
  • Technical aptitude to demonstrate and explain new technologies to school districts.
  • REQUIRED: 3+ years’ experience selling HARDWARE technology solutions in the K-12 Education market (5+ years highly preferred).
  • Exceeded your sales quota at previous companies.
  • Meet company goals related to product mix and attach rates.
  • High levels of customer satisfaction
  • Been and continue to be a team player who works well with internal resources and Channel Partners in assigned territory.
  • Be up to speed on latest developments within the Education Technology sector.
  • Understand the pedagogical difference that Promethean products can make to students.
  • Excellent verbal, presentation and written language skills required for customer face to face interaction and follow up communications.
