We are actively seeking experienced home improvement sales professionals with a proven track record of closing deals and delivering results in an in-home sales setting in the Richmond, Va market. The right candidate is:

Responsibilities

→Run pre-set, confirmed appointments with qualified homeowners in and around Richmond, Va. (no cold calling!)
→Conduct in-home consultations and present tailored solutions for exterior and interior home improvement projects
→Lead customers through our proven sales systems
→Collaborate with a dedicated sales support team to maximize success
→Attend ongoing sales training and coaching sessions to stay sharp and competitive

Requirements

2+ years of in-home residential sales experience (preferably in remodeling, roofing, windows, or bathrooms)
Demonstrated success in a commission-based sales role
Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
Self-starter mentality with a passion for personal and financial growth
Willingness to work evenings and Saturdays (when homeowners are available)
