Dishwasher — Alcove SP

• →Operate and maintain our industrial dish machine efficiently.
• →Clean and sanitize all dishware, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, kitchen equipment, and additional items as assigned.
• →Maintain organized dish areas and storage systems.
• →Support kitchen prep tasks as needed.
• →Monitor chemical levels and cleaning supply inventory.
• →Follow proper chemical safety procedures.
• →Maintain cleanliness of the dish pit and surrounding areas.
• →Empty and clean trash receptacles.
• →Support kitchen team during peak service periods.
• →Monitor equipment operation and report maintenance needs.
• →Practice proper safety and sanitation procedures.
• →Execute opening and closing duties as assigned.
• →Participate in training and knowledge development programs.
• →Be ready and willing to help with other kitchen duties as needed.
