We are looking for a Sales Manager for the Component Workshop to join our Maintenance team in Estonia (Tallinn) or Lithuania (Vilnius).
The Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers. The role focuses on generating sales, negotiating agreements, and supporting long-term account development in line with company objectives.
Main responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and expand the customer base by building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients within the assigned market segment.
- Identify new business opportunities through research, outreach, presentations, and proactive engagement with potential customers. Attend industry events and functions.
- Prepare professional proposals and quotations, lead negotiations, and secure orders in line with revenue and growth targets.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by coordinating with internal sales and support teams and resolving customer issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide management with regular reports on customer activity, market trends, competitive insights, and business potential.
Main Requirements
- Previous experience in the aviation industry is mandatory.
- Previous experience in service-based sales, with proven exposure to direct negotiations and consultative selling approaches.
- Higher education in business, sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to understand and manage complex service-related information.
- Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good written and spoken English, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and contact management tools.
