The Partner Manager drives growth and maturity of the 1:N motion in Make's Technology Partner Program: from pitching prospective partners and processing sign-ups, through onboarding and activation, to planning and executing go-to-market and co-marketing activities that contribute to MDF and pipeline targets. The role also involves identifying cross-sell opportunities and surfacing product/API signals to internal teams, while deepening partner engagement over time through newsletters, webinars, and enablement content.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Partner ecosystem growth: Pitch prospective partners on app building and joining the Technology Partner Program
- →Onboarding & activation: Process new partner sign-ups and guide partners from signed agreement to active collaboration
- →GTM & co-marketing execution: Plan and run go-to-market activities with partners, contributing to team targets for partner-sourced MDF and pipeline through co-marketing campaigns
- →Cross-sell & product signal sourcing: Contribute to team pipeline targets by identifying cross-sell opportunities with emerging partners, and surface API/product improvement signals to internal stakeholders, and collaborate across departments (apps development team, marketing, sales)
- →Ecosystem maturity: Deepen engagement and reactivate partners through newsletters, webinars, and enablement content, and maintain the partner portal as a resource for partners.
- 2-3+ years in a partner-facing or sales role, or 2+ years in a technical customer-facing role, with a focus on managing a high-volume portfolio of partners
- Basic marketing experience, such as running onboarding content, webinars, newsletters, and other engagement formats
- Hands-on experience with automation platforms (Make, Zapier, n8n, Claude Code, etc.) is a strong plus
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent practical experience in sales and marketing.
- Basics in understanding of API
- Strong time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple outreach campaigns and partners simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Deep curiosity and awareness of the latest AI, automation and SaaS industry trends and how to apply them in practice
- A problem-solving approach that prioritizes fast initial progress and continuous improvement over perfection
- A high-energy, self-driven approach to finding creative ways to engage and enable decision-makers.
