We are in search of a Solutions Engineer to lead the charge in empowering post-production firms, solution providers, and customers to establish efficient workflows on the MASV file transfer platform. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with MASV users, integration and technology partners globally to architect and optimize workflows that drive unparalleled customer success, revenue and active usage of the MASV file transfer platform. Your expert insight will help power MASV’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth analysis of existing workflows to identify inefficiencies and craft innovative solutions on the MASV platform.
• Collaborate with integration partners to design workflows that propel customer success to new heights.
• Master cloud and on-prem technologies used by Media and Entertainment professionals to ensure seamless workflow integration.
• Create  technical content  to unlock opportunities in new markets and use cases in AI Data Pipelines, Health Sciences, Marketing, Geospatial, mining, and more.
• Provide expert thought leadership and engage in public speaking to discuss emerging trends in workflow technology.
• Train customers, partners, and employees on the MASV API, developer toolkit, and MASV apps to empower them to create customized workflows.
• Curate integration priorities for the MASV product team by working closely with Customer Success, Partner teams, and Sales to identify workflows with significant potential for data throughput.
• Drive financial success by assisting customers and fostering authentic, long-lasting relationships rooted in trust.
  

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated expertise in workflow engineering, process optimization, and cloud/on-prem technologies within the Media and Entertainment industry.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with partners, technology providers, and customers.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams to implement efficient workflows.
• Passion for staying abreast of industry trends and sharing insights through thought leadership.
• Self-motivated with a drive to innovate and shape the role to achieve organizational objectives.
