To oversee the bakery production of Maltese bread and other maypole products, ensuring efficient operations and consistent bread quality in a mass-production bakery environment. The role includes hands-on baking duties and responsibility for supporting smooth bakery production processes. 

• →Oversee all stages of bread manufacturing, from ingredient preparation to final baking. 
• →Ensure bakery production runs according to the daily production schedule. 
• →Manage and monitor mixing room operations. 
• →Monitor dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, and baking processes to maintain quality standards. 
• →Ensure proper use of ingredients, bakery equipment, and tools. 
• →Maintain hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards in the production area. 
• →Report production issues or equipment problems to management. 
• →Ensure bakery products meet quality, consistency, and presentation standards. 

• Basic technical knowledge of bakery production processes.
• Experience working in a bakery or food production environment.
• Understanding of dough mixing, fermentation, and baking processes.
• Ability to operate bakery equipment under general supervision.
• Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
